Due to Sagmeister being an avid creator of his work, and massively open to the varying graphic design processes, Sagmeister doesn’t particular write texts on graphic design in response to criticisms. He lectures about his process, and this is the best way for me to gain insights and reference for a case study. The two books that he has produced are extremely helpful in the writing of my essay. The first is a review of his work and process, whereas the second is a monograph. This means I am able to draw comparisons and put pieces of reference together to helped construct my argument.
