Tina Roth Eisenberg is an avid project setter. Having achieved her dream of running her own studio, she was left unfulfilled by the work she was doing. She now runs her side projects full time showing how self-set projects can revolutionise an individuals practice and generate their own professions.


Swiss Miss is a blog set up by Tina Roth Eisenberg. Her blog originally began as a personal account of reference, however the blog gained an avid following and became monetisable through the use of ad space. The blog now has over 1 million unique visitors per month. 


Teux Deux is a web app that allows the user to plan their time. The app started as a project for herself, and through collaboration, the project became a commercial venture. The app is now featured on the Apple app store and is a monetised through a monthly subscription. 


Creative Mornings is a breakfast lecture series run all over the world. The series is specifically for the creative community.



Tattly is a website selling design inspired temporary tattoos and other ephemera. The website started when Eisenberg had to to tattoo her daughter with a badly designed temporary tattoo. 


Studiomates is a collaborative working space created by Eisenberg. She now works in the studio with a range of other freelance professionals, some of whom have key roles in her side projects. 

Eisenberg has single handedly, and now collaboratively, created the working environment of her choice. She has created numerous successful business, and has even created her own place of work. This is an extremely successful and notable example of the way in which self-set projects can be used to inform the professional graphic design practice,
